1. This offer is available to all new and existing VT Markets’ Clients who resides in the

2. New clients must open a new live account with VT Markets (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with VT Markets, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and VT Markets’

3. This offer can be used in conjunction with other offers from VT Markets.

4. To participate in this offer, you must do the following to be part of this promotion:

   Choose the tier you would like to participate in

   You will then be contacted by VT Markets to confirm the tier and the account used to participate in the offer (“the nominated account”).

5. The Lucky draw tiers and requirements to get the ticket is shown as per below table:

6. The “Reward lots” means the trading volume you need to make during the promotion period. The conversation between standard lots and reward lots in different assetcategories are calculated using the following rules:

7. Only trading volume generated from the nominated account will be counted towards this offer.

8. Only deposit made directly to the nominated account will be counted towards this offer.

9. Only closed trades will be counted towards this offer.

10. You can only select 1 trading account as your nominated account and cannot change it during the promotion period.

11. The lucky draw event will be held on 15 June 2022. VT Markets will notify the eligible participants about how to join the event at least 24 hours before the event starts.

12. All winners will be selected randomly and announced on the lucky draw event. The number of winners on different tiers is shown as per below tables:

13. Winners need to contact VT Markets before 28th June 2022 to confirm his/her personal and shipping details. Winners will waive the right to receive the prize automatically if the said time is expired.

14. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted.

15. The Rewards are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the prize offered will be available.

16. Client can opt to redeem the prize in cash balance to their live trading account. VT Markets will credit 90% of the prize value into client’s trading account after his/her confirmation.

17. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable in for any delays in providing the Promotion to the client. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavors to provide the Promotion to the client within 30 days.

18. VT Markets reserves the right to vary, alter, replace, or revoke or cancel the Promotion Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to these Terms will be made available online and you are encouraged to check our website regularly.

19. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets in its sole discretion.

20. If the client is in breach of the VT Markets trading Terms in any way whatsoever the value of the Prize will be deducted from the client’s cash balance.

21. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the Promotion.

22. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.
